Our Policies
Deposit Policy
When scheduling a consultation, we collect a non-refundable deposit in order to hold your appointment. That deposit is then applied towards your first treatment or skin care product purchase at the Laser Center within 90 days of your consultation. If your deposit has not been used towards a treatment or product after 90 days it is then held as a consultation fee.
- $50 deposit when scheduling with a nurse or aesthetician
- $100 deposit with scheduling with Lena Metcalfe, PA-C
Rescheduling/cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will require a non-refundable deposit in order to reschedule. That deposit will then be deducted from your treatment at your next appointment. If you cancel or reschedule again with less than 24 hours notice we will hold that deposit as a late-cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If a patient no-shows to a consultation we will hold the deposit as a no-show fee. Clients who no-show to any appointment type will be required to pay a deposit in order to schedule any future appointments. That deposit will be applied towards a treatment on the day of appointment.
